What comes next:
#1 Grab your unique access code from your email. Check your inbox for an email titled "IMPORTANT: YOUR ACCESS CODE and Birth Chart Details Request for Your Hero's Story Birth Chart Biography" — your personal access code is inside. You will need the 7 digit access code to complete the form below. (Can't find it? Check your spam/promos folder and add orders@starelai.com to your trusted senders!)
#2 Enter your ACCESS CODE + birth information in the form below. 👇 (This is what kicks off the creation of your story — so take care to enter your birth information correctly!)
#3 Sit tight while your story is being created! Orders will be delivered from orders@starelai.com so keep an eye out for emails from this sender.
About the Process and What to Expect:
The creation process takes between 1 -3 hours (sometimes more if there are people in queue)
You will receive 2 seperate emails containing 3 versions of your Birth Chart Biography (1) text only - light background (2) text only - dark background for easier night reading (3) the FULLY ILLUSTRATED version. The text only version will arrive first - about an hour later the ILLUSTRATED version will arrive.
Can’t find your unique access code email? Check your spam folder for emails from orders@starelai.com and search for this subject line: IMPORTANT: YOUR ACCESS CODE and Birth Chart Details Request for Your Hero's Story Birth Chart Biography. I get a lot of emails from people thinking they have not received their access when really it just went to spam :/
