IMPORTANT - PLEASE ADD orders@starelai.com to your trusted email senders so your access and PDF delivery doesn't go to SPAM! (This happens a lot and I don't want you to think you are not getting what you paid for :) Feel free to screenshot this page :)
Here is how the sign up/access process works:
#1 Grab your unique access code from your email. Check your inbox for an email titled "IMPORTANT: YOUR ACCESS CODE and Hero's Road Access Request" — your personal access code is inside. You will need the 7 digit access code to complete the form requesting your birth chart details. (Can't find it? Check your spam folder and add orders@starelai.com to your trusted senders!)
#2 Enter your ACCESS CODE + birth information in the form inside the email. (This is how we tie your Hero's Road Account to your birth chart information. My system will look up whether you have an existing Hero's Story PDF and if not it will create one for you. Give this process about 10 minutes.
#3 Sit tight while your access is created and then delivered via email. Once you've entered your details into my system your Hero's Road Unique Access Link is created (we use 'magic links' tied to your unique account instead of a log in page. It's secure and unique to you.) Your magic link will be sent to your email from ORDERS@STARELAI.COM.
